Value Streams are business units within the product domains for Everyday Banking, Business Lending, & Consumer Lending & Insurance Partnerships. In this newly created Value Stream Lead tūranga (role) you will be responsible for designing and guiding the delivery and execution of transformational change within their value chain portfolio.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Roles**

We sat down with our GM, Everyday Banking, who let us know the following about the Value Stream Lead tūranga (role);
**What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Lead the design or re-design of a value stream within their portfolio and be accountable for execution of value-stream activity.
- Engage across the business, including Technology, to inform the most effective direction of delivery across a value stream.
- Guide and design the delivery and execution of transformation within their value stream.
- Mahi (work) with stakeholders to deliver effective change to process and policy, and implement across technology and enterprise in line with strategic direction set by the Head of Value Stream and accountable GM.
- Transform and optimise value streams within a portfolio; sequence change across process, policy, product, and technology.

**What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?**

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience delivering cross organisational change/continuous improvement efforts across a value stream (could be business functions or Technology). You will also have strong relationship & stakeholder management skills.
