As our new Manager, Deputy Chief Executive Office in our Prevention & Partnerships Group, you’ll be joining an extraordinary team of hugely talented people who deliver our mahi across Aotearoa. The Prevention & Partnerships Group has oversight of and drives our partnerships with levy payers and across prevention, the health sector and business community. Including leading the delivery of our Injury Prevention and Health Sector Strategies, working in close partnership with other parts of ACC to achieve positive outcomes for New Zealanders.

**Mō tenei tūrana mahi | About this role**
This newly created role provides strategic advice, coordination and support to the Deputy Chief Executive and leads the operational running of the Prevention & Partnerships Group, comprising of Business Partnerships, Injury Prevention, Health Partnerships, Levies, and Prevention & Partnerships DCE Office.
As an integral part of the Group Leadership Team, you’ll connect across the functions of the Group, with an eye to risks, gaps, and opportunities to ensure achievement of strategic priorities. You’ll work collaboratively with Enterprise Leaders across ACC to ensure the successful delivery of effective business advice and support. You will also have oversight of a shared support services function that focuses on key internal processes, allowing business units and leaders to focus on their key deliverables.

- Understanding of Kaupapa Māori.
- Commitment to Te Tiriti and equity practice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation.
- Commercial experience would be advantageous.

The base salary range for this role $134,001 - $189,178 with appointment depending on skills and experience. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
