Sales and Marketing Specialist

Christchurch Home Heating are a specialist wood fire installer based in Christchurch.

We are currently looking for a sale extraordinaire to drive sales and lead a new marketing strategy.

This is a newly created position, so that means we are looking for someone with creativity and smart ideas to help grow the business and generate new sales.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Selling directly to customers from the fire showroom.
- Creating a sales and marketing strategy from scratch.
- Generating new sales leads.
- Following up on all potential customer enquiries.
- Utilising social media to develop a new customer base.
- Writing and voicing radio adverts.
- Working closely with installers to pass on customer requirements and quote requests.

**Job Requirements**:

- Determined, sales driven individual.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Creative individual with fresh sales and marketing ideas.
- Tech savvy, ideally with social media promoted ads and website development experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of the residential building industry is a bonus.

**Benefits and remuneration**:

- Base Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience.
- Uncapped commission on sales.
- Freedom to create sales and marketing strategies.
- Small team.
