Our Opportunity
As the Territory Sales Manager, you will drive revenue through existing RFS customers (Route Retail, Food Service, Wholesalers) and develop new customer accounts within your region.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Liaising with business owners across our RFS channel in an agreed call cycle
- Cold calling on prospective new customers to grow the current customer base
- Maximising sales and expand market share along with building relationships with clients
- Growing and increasing market presence across the region
- Willing to expand your product knowledge of our extensive brand and ranges to effectively increase market share for Goodman Fielder
- Monitor and gain distribution into independently owned stores
- Utilise trend and account data to track performance and identify drivers
- Understand customers short / long term priorities, and formulate objectives, concessions and contingencies in line with both the customer priorities and GF's strategy
- Manages differences in negotiations smoothly without compromising relationships
- Undertakes in-depth SWOT analysis of customer and market to identify opportunities and risks
- Builds and maintains an annual pipeline of opportunities whilst driving agreed deliverables

About You
- Demonstrable experience in a Sales Rep or account management role
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent time management and professional presentation
- Good with systems and processes
- Current driver's licence & a willingness to travel

This is a great role for someone who is looking to develop their sales career within GF and their ability to manage RFS customers. The role comes with a tool of trade vehicle.
