Ingham’s are looking for a highly energised and proactive brand marketer who will take charge of managing our product development projects. This will include new product and relaunch projects, co-ordinating all the accepts of bringing positive product change to the marketplace.

**We are looking for someone with the follow attributes to be successful in this position**:

- Manage Ingham’s social media platforms (in conjunction with our third party providers)
- Update brand content on all relevant internal and external websites
- Develop and implement marketing and communication plans in conjuction with Marketing Manager
- Brand management of Local Brands
- Develop instore activation programmes in conjunction with sales teams.

Based at our Te Aroha site, this position provides a great opportunity for you to be a driver of marketing best practice within your specialisation. You will be able to work autonomously and have many internal and external relationships to keep you on your toes.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a proven 3 plus years background in product and brand based marketing (Brand Manager, Marketing Coordinator etc) (ideally within the FMCG industry) delivering complex brand projects on time, within budget and meeting all compliance expectations
- Be abreast of marketing best practices, to be able help shape the direction and implement the marketing strategy for Ingham’s portfolio of brands.
- Be savvy with social media platforms
- Build sustainable and productive relationships with our external marketing suppliers/partners as well as our valued customers and dedicated sales team
- Be target driven, self-motivated, professionally astute and customer focused
- Have the ability to communicate at all levels and influence change where required
- Be creative, innovative, forward thinking and drive positive change

Some travel (mainly Auckland) may be required from time to time. For the right person there may be the opportunity to be flexible about the number of days required in the office as well as a competitive remuneration package.
