**SCHEDULE A**:

**_PART A: Responsibilities: _**

**1. Following Introduction Instructions and Client Relations**:

- Adhere to guidance from Jacob and Myles to excel in the coaching role and assist in assigning coaches to contracts.
- Foster positive client relationships by meeting with potential clients and securing coaching contracts for 2024.
- Ensure transparent communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored coaching solutions.

**2. Administration and Organisation**:

- Efficiently manage coach scheduling and organisation for each contract, ensuring timely and effective coaching delivery.

**3. Term 4 School Coaching Programmes: Team 1**
- Serve as a co-coach for key contracts, leading sessions with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Provide coaching sessions based on Schedule A schedule below.
- Deliver age-appropriate football training sessions focused on fun and specific to the programme details provided on each sessions.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment, following health and safety guidelines during coaching sessions.

**4. Prepare for Senior Role in Coach and Client Relations (Preparation for 2024)**:

- Assume a senior role, overseeing coaching contracts, and maintaining coaching standards in preparation for the upcoming year (2024).
- Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with coaches and clients, ensuring open communication and promptly addressing any concerns or queries.
- Collaborate closely with Myles to implement best practices, continuously enhancing coaching programs, and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and vision.

Note: The responsibilities listed above will specifically focus on preparations for the year

2024 and term two, allowing for a strategic approach to coach and client relations.

**1. Management of Client and Coach Relations**:

- **Oversee Coaching Contracts and Standards**: Assume a senior role in preparing for the upcoming season (2024) by preparing roles & securing coaches for roles with assistance from management.
- Assist Management in Contract Compilation: Collaborate with business to compile all contracts and roles for the upcoming season, ensuring accurate documentation

(schedule management, documenting hours coach prep for team) and smooth preparations for start of season.
- **Secure Coaches and Assign to Contracts/Teams**: Work closely with business to identify and secure coaches for various contracts and teams, ensuring the right fit for schedule and each coaching role.
- **Ongoing Contract Oversight**: Throughout the season, oversee all coaching contracts and roles, ensuring coaches fulfil their responsibilities and providing support when needed.
- Coach Absence Management: Address coach absences by selecting and contacting suitable replacements from the coaching pool to ensure uninterrupted coaching sessions.
- Issue Resolution with Clients and Coaches: Resolve any issues that may arise between clients, coaches, and teams, working alongside the business to provide effective solutions and maintain positive relationships.
