  • Adhere to guidance from Jacob and Myles to excel in the coaching role and assist in assigning coaches to contracts.
  • Foster positive client relationships by meeting with potential clients and securing coaching contracts for 202

  • Efficiently manage coach scheduling and organisation for each contract, ensuring timely and effective coaching delivery.

  • Serve as a cocoach for key contracts, leading sessions with enthusiasm and expertise.

  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment, following health and safety guidelines during coaching sessions.

  • Assume a senior role, overseeing coaching contracts, and maintaining coaching standards in preparation for the upcoming year
  • Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with coaches and clients, ensuring open communication and promptly addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Collaborate closely with Myles to implement best practices, continuously enhancing coaching programs, and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and vision.
