Auckland City, New Zealand Chorus NZ Limited Full time

**Contract**:Permanent, Full time**

**Where**:Auckland**

**We’re all about endless potential**:
We’re the team empowering New Zealand’s digital future. A future few can imagine. It started with the roll-out of our once in a hundred year network. But there’s much more to come as we keep pushing what’s possible, providing unlimited access to an ever-evolving range of innovative products and services. Technology that’ll support, inspire and connect people and businesses for generations.

To that end, we need more curious, collaborative and forward-thinking people. Because while we’re busy improving our national network, we’ll need more of the best to join our truly inclusive workforce, one where you’ll be made to feel you belong, and that everything you do is valued (because you do, and it is).

As for our culture. Our people say it’s one of the best around. We’re proud of that. And with our Chorus Care package benefits behind you too, you’ll have everything you need to seize this opportunity and make it your own.

**Work your way.**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
Your “can-do” attitude will help you build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for providing a seamless customer experience and always be looking for ways to improve from a customer and process point of view and ensuring all orders received are progressed in accordance with our Service Level Agreements each and every time.

Come and join a wonderful group of people, whose work feeds directly into Chorus’ vision of connecting Aotearoa to world-class fibre broadband.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:
The most important thing is your personality. You’re a smart, tech savvy extraordinaire who can juggle multiple balls at once. You could be a provisioning or customer service star or a recent grad looking to join a company that will take you places. But having the following will definitely help.
- Experience in customer facing roles with a strong customer service ethic and empathy.
- Great problem-solving ability, analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Motivated with a drive to deliver.
- Self-managing with the ability to deliver outcomes. You know how to juggle multiple priorities and have a calm and collective approach
- Strong ability to embrace change, treating it as an opportunity for growth.
- Experience working in provisioning or telecommunications is an added bonus but if not we can bring you up to speed

**Keen?**:
**Important legal stuff**:

- Only applicants with Citizenship, Residency or a valid work visa will be considered for this role. To apply, submit your CV and a Cover Letter that outlines your skills and experience as they relate to this role._
