Auckland City, New Zealand PPG Industries Full time

As a **Warehouse Coordinator** based in **Auckland, New Zealand**, you will coordinate the daily picking, packing, and supply of finished goods from the Monahan Rd storage facility and ensure prompt delivery of orders to PPG customers. You will implement the efficient & effective use of warehouse standard operating procedures for this purpose whilst ensuring EH&S requirements are met at all times.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the daily order picking/ packing and supply activities onsite and to ensure efficient and cost-effective use of those facilities for the storage & distribution of finished products.
- Ensure all transactions are promptly processed in eWM (SAP).
- Ensure the cost-effective delivery of Customer orders.
- Comply with PPG 5S and EHS requirements and reporting.
- Follow PPG policies and procedures.
- Ensure all orders are picked and dispatched on time meeting PPG’s In Full
- and on-Time requirement. (IFOT)
- Use existing warehouse procedures and practices to cover all aspects of product distribution and storage and ensure that these are followed.
- Discuss opportunities for SOP improvement with the direct manager & implement changes once approved.
- Communicate with Warehouse Operators & Technical sales team to provide an efficient distribution system is provided for the organization and customers.
- Manage regular cycle counts.
- Support the use of accurate inventory control databases, and systems and ensure records are maintained.
- Ensure stock picking records are accurate and kept updated and filed correctly and all tasks are completed daily where possible.
- Ensure that all customers recognize PPG as their supplier of choice.
- Provision of Order replenishment and agreed delivery schedule which is valued by the customer.
- Prompt resolution of complaints to the affected customer’s satisfaction worked with the Warehouse Operators.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience in administration or warehouse administration.
- SAP Experience (eWM).
- Superior, demonstrated customer-service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound presentation and reporting ability required.
