**Ko tō tūranga - your role**:
The role will take ownership of implementing the Health and Safety management plan across Vodafone New Zealand and providing trusted consulting & advice to support effective management of Health & Safety across the business. In this role you will lead our covid response as well as present our Health & Safety strategy and frameworks to the board.

**Ko tō mahi - what you’ll do**:

- Project manage H&S activities in conjunction with relevant committees, business representatives and other stakeholders.
- Complete incident investigations in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Oversee return to work management for work-related and non-work related injury claims in conjunction with WorkAon, HR Consultants and other relevant stakeholders.
- Review H&S policies and procedures for continuous improvement. Support change management and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver H&S reporting for scheduled, ad-hoc, senior management and Board reporting.

**Na tōu rourou - what will you bring?**:

- The ability to work autonomously with analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in varied stakeholder management, including senior management.
Experience with management of third party providers and suppliers.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Health & Saftey through education and work experiences.
- Experienced working in H&S in a corporate environment.
