This is a broad safety role that looks after H&S compliance but also gets to work on unique initiatives and exciting projects.

**Your Role**:
Lead the CCEP NZ Health and Safety team to promote and develop a business led, positive safety culture which is inclusive and focused on behavioural based safety. This is national role with responsibilities across all business units, and include marketplace activities, multiple offices, manufacturing sites, and warehouse centres. You will:

This role also acts as the liaison between CCEP NZ, The Coca Cola Company, CCEP Group, and country leadership teams in Fiji and Samoa.

Leading a team of three, you can coach and support a team to deliver to strategic and operational goals. And in a post-Covid environment, you can adapt to change and cope well with ambiguity.

**What’s in it for you?**

Alongside a fantastic salary, you’ll get access to our company AMP superannuation, annual bonus, medical and life insurance, wellbeing subsidies, and staff discounts.
