Portfolio Manager

National Office, Wellington Based
As a Portfolio Manager for a service portfolio you will be responsible for managing the workflow, the flow of the portfolio progress, analysing the portfolio funnel, and identifying investment in the portfolio backlog.
You will support the decision making about value of epics to progress and lead Programme Increment (PI) planning for the portfolio, whilst prioritising portfolio epics based on MSD, Service Delivery, and portfolio priorities.
You will work closely with the Group General Manager.

**Responsibilities for this role include**:

- Day to day management of the portfolio work programme ensuring successful delivery of value through new capability and services.
- Managing the portfolio budget and completion of monthly portfolio reporting against budget, objectives, risks, and issues.
- Seeking implementation change with Service Delivery managers, IT and other portfolio teams.

You will have good communication skills, both verbal and written with a knowledge of implementation change. You will have knowledge of scaled agile techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling portfolio programmes, including risk management.
Position Description

**Salary range**: $109,999.00 - $164,999.00
