RCR Infrastructure Limited is a wholly New Zealand owned national provider of planned maintenance, reactive service, minor and major project, along with IQP building compliance services. We work with a wide range of commercial and industrial customers providing:

- Facilities preventative maintenance management and implementation
- Commercial Electrical & HVAC installation, service and repairs
- Retail fit out installation
- EV charger and solar installation work
- Industrial maintenance and installations

**Position Overview**:
As a Development Manager for Sustainability and Green Energy, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to promote sustainable practices and green energy solutions. You will play a key role in identifying, planning, and implementing projects that contribute to our environmental objectives while aligning with our company's growth and profitability goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate sustainable development opportunities, including renewable energy projects, energy-efficient initiatives, and environmentally responsible practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Research and assess green energy technologies and trends, staying up-to-date with industry advancements and regulatory changes.
- Engage with external stakeholders, government agencies, and community partners to build relationships and secure support for sustainable initiatives.
- Conduct financial analyses, including ROI calculations and risk assessments, to determine the feasibility of sustainability projects.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and sustainability standards.
- Create and deliver reports and presentations to communicate project progress, outcomes, and financial impacts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Advocate for sustainability within the organization, raising awareness and promoting environmentally responsible practices among employees and partners.

**What do we expect from you?**
- Bachelor's or equivalent qualification in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in sustainable development, green energy, or a related role.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and sustainability principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable practices.
