**Company**
Redpath Partners are working with one of New Zealand’s leading premier residential developers, known for delivering exceptional properties ranging in scale and complexity across Auckland. With confirmed projects scheduled for the next 5 years they are looking to scale and add further resource to their existing development team. The team currently includes Development Managers and Construction Management professionals allowing in-house ability to deliver across the complete project life cycle.
**Role**
There are two available positions for an experience Development Manager & Senior Development Manager to join the team. These positions specially require proven experience in leading projects across all stages of the project life cycle, overseeing multiple projects at one time.
**Responsibilities**:
- Project planning and programming, coordinating with all stakeholders involved in each project
- Lead the design and consenting process, managing design consultants and obtaining consent and project approval
- Oversee finance and funding
- Reporting and providing regular project updates to the greater team
- Oversee and work closely with the construction delivery team to track project completion and quality control
- Budgeting and cost management
- Conduct sales and marketing strategies for developments
**Requirements**:
As an experienced Development Manager, you will have a proven record of delivering built form projects. You must have a minimum of 2 years development experience leading projects across the full project life cycle, previous experience in architecture, quantity surveying or project management prior to your development experience is sought after to bring varying skillsets to the existing development team. A Tertiary qualification in Development Management, Property, Architecture or Construction Management is essential. You must have previous development experience in New Zealand or Australia and have working rights to be employed in New Zealand.
