**The Role**

You will be responsible for managing minor works/non-consented works projects for clients who require alterations to be made to their homes. You will also be answering general enquiries.

This exciting and fast-paced role in a key business segment requires high levels of stakeholder engagement and management. By coordinating with contractors, managing quotes, and utilising the build specifications you will be managing a range of projects from start to finish.

There is an experienced and tightly-knit team that will provide ample training and support to you who have fostered a strong and collaborative environment.

You will be someone with high levels of compassion and empathy with a high standard of work motivated by knowing your work is creating a better quality of life for our clients.

This role is office based in our Wellington office.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated ability to manage several ongoing projects
- Awareness /understanding of trades and construction - Highly desirable
- Proven ability to work with multiple systems
- Worked successfully with job management software - experience with Simpro and ProWorkFlow - highly desirable
- Excellent relationship management across multiple stakeholders
- Experience working on projects
