**About the Company**:
Our client was founded 30 years ago as international and national meetings specialists, but since then, has broadened their skillset to include awards management, international bids, and corporate events. Today, a reputable company based in Mount Eden, they specialise in organising large medical and scientific meetings, exhibitions and Government conferences throughout Australasia and Asia.

We are currently on the lookout for their next Sponsorship and Exhibition Coordinator. The objective of this role is to provide an exceptional level of service to sponsors & exhibitors as their lead post-sales point of contact within the company for in-person, hybrid and virtual conferences. This is a full-time permanent position, head office is based in Mount Eden. Opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week

**Some key responsibilities include**:

- Create and maintain sponsor & exhibition sections within Events databases
- Take ownership for the sponsor and exhibition sections of the virtual conference platforms
- Sponsor benefit tracking spreadsheet maintained with succinct and relevant information
- Create standard and custom reports as required, ensuring correct and relevant data is available to internal and external clients
- Create and take ownership of sponsor & exhibitor online forms
- Implement the steps needed post-sales, efficiently and accurately
- Sponsors & exhibitors receive prompt confirmation of their bookings, as confirmed by Sponsorship Manager, and internal colleagues have access to accurate and timely booking details
- Conference income is kept on track by ensuring prompt payments received and processed
- Maximise conference and revenue by selling and processing sponsor & exhibitor registrations and accommodation bookings
