**About the Role**

We have an opportunity for an energetic and hardworking Account Manager within our Dulux Powder Coatings Sales Team. Working in a high performing team, you'll develop and profitably grow the customer base by providing outstanding customer service in line with the Dulux Powders National Sales Strategy.

You'll operate within the customer base with a focus on national customer strategy, selling, servicing and adding value to the customer’s business which in turn will add value to Dulux. The focus is on maintaining & growing new and existing customers, including members of the Dulux Accredited and Prime Powder Coater (DAPC) programme. This combined with a relentless pursuit of key competitor accounts within your defined territory will be key to success in this role.

The role predominantly services a customer base consisting of but not limited to architectural aluminium coaters, manufacturers, who coat their own products, Jobbers/trade coaters, who coat for fabricators/manufacturers who do not have their own coating facilities.

The role requires working with key stakeholders, both internally and at customer level with the specifications team in conjunction with key fabricators to help convert Dulux Specification into commercial project wins for Dulux and your customers.

**Skills and Benefits**

The Dulux Powder Coatings team is passionate about being consumer driven and customer focused. We ask, listen, learn and act to help our customers win. As a high performing, experienced Account Manager you will be able to articulate and demonstrate how your authentic sales style and ability to close has led to your success so far.

To be successful in this role you will also;
- Ideally hold a suitable tertiary qualification in either chemistry or engineering
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years in sales role ideally within the industrial or commercial environment B2B
- Possess Industrial Coatings knowledge, preferred but not essential
- Ideally have a Coatings Inspectors NACE accreditation or ability to achieve NACE 2 within 5 years in the role
- Demonstrate strong communication and influencing ability
- Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solving and investigation
