About the role
An exciting opportunity now exists in our Auckland office for an Account Manager. The primary responsibility of an Account Manager is to manage accounts and projects on a day to day basis and optimally contribute to the efficiency of the business. An Account Manager is also responsible for creating a meaningful impact on our client’s businesses and as a key interface between Kantar and our clients. The role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving preparation and delivery of presentations and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as people management and the implementation of broader business initiatives to improve business performance.
What you will be accountable for:
Previous experience working on multi-market research would be a bonus as well as a desire to seek out the why and find a story with the data
The skills & experience you’ll need:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Market Research (quantitative)
- Ability to analyse data using Q, SPSS or RFS
- Strong commercial acumen and is proactive in identifying opportunities
- Strong quantitative survey design
- Strong research reporting skills; and PPT template creation
- Ability to work to tight timelines/deadlines
- Strong Client management; independent decision-making on day-to-day projects that meets clients objectives
- Comfortable keeping regular communication with the client on project specifics
- Experience in running multi-market studies
- Brand trackers experience
- Strong attention to detail is a must
