**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Data Governance & Analytics to join our busy team on a permanent basis.

This is a key role within our team and you will lead the Data Governance and Analytics strategy to ensure data is treated as an asset and managed appropriately based on the criticality to the business processes. You will maintain data quality and provide valuable business insights through analytics and reporting. The focus of this role is to have effective data governance and management in place, maintain data quality, and ensure analytics and reporting are available to business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Implement and maintain effective master data management model and processes, including improving the programme’s maturity over time.
- You will own the data governance framework and methodology to ensure the implementation of best practice data management processes.
- Work closely with business owners across the organisation to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that meet business requirements and provides business analytics and key operational and performance metrics.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics or similar qualification
