The head office is based in Oamaru, but open to someone working from the Christchurch office with travel to Oamaru every fortnight.

**About the Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute robust marketing plans to fuel company growth.
- Social Media Mastery: Oversee and optimize social media campaigns for maximum impact and engagement.
- Advertising Expertise: Manage print and digital advertising campaigns to target our audience effectively.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse marketing data and KPIs to guide continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.

**What You Will Bring to the Role**:

- Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must.
- Reporting and analytics: You will have proven experience using Data to track the success of campaigns, and present reports to senior leadership.
- Vendor and supplier management: Experience in managing a marketing budget and utilizing external sourcing to execute marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills and a determined, results-oriented mindset.
