We’re looking for an Inclusion Enablement Lead NZ. Working closely with the General Manager Inclusion Woolworths Group in Australia, and the People Director, New Zealand this role will enable us to realise our Inclusion Strategy and meet our public commitments in our Sustainability Plan 2025 by ‘creating a truly inclusive workplace’.

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

Providing thought leadership and critical capability in leading strategic delivery within a complex environment, this role requires extensive engagement and delivery through others to drive outcomes.

Aligned to our people team agile operating model, the role leads the enablement of sustainable change and DEI transformation through effective cross functional collaboration and horizontal leadership to deliver value for team and customers across the group.

Key responsibilities will see you
- Drive and own the NZ inclusion roadmap and take accountability for strategic delivery of focused group-wide inclusion programs
- Partner with people leaders/directors to define and align business priorities and measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with the Inclusion Pillar Leads (LGBTQ+, First Nations, Gender Equity, Cultural Inclusion, Disability) to help shape strategic solutions and inform optimal delivery
- Develop and define quarterly inclusion objectives and key results to support the strategic roadmaps
- Provide timely and accurate reporting against measures of success to the people team tribe, group sustainability team and exco sponsors
- Manage delivery risks and dependencies through tribe cadence and ensure visibility of progress

**About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will need a background in Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI). An appreciation of the challenges and reward of working in large scale enterprise organisations will be paramount as will your ability to engage and influence across organisational levels.

You will ideally bring
- A track record of leading and delivering change as well as impactful results
- Strong understanding of key DEI market issues and retail operating contexts-a strategic and commercial mindset
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into DEI strategic priorities, creating delivery plans and roadmaps that build for tomorrow and deliver for today
- Demonstrated ability to build, establish and maintain strong mutually beneficial relationships
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate and partner deeply across functions and at all levels
- Horizontal leadership capabilities and the ability to work well in a pressured situation
- Strong presentation, communication, planning, and leadership skills
- Proven experience leading through others and working end-to-end to achieve outcomes
- A natural curiosity around the possibility of data and insights
- An Inclusive and agile mindset and a self motivated/self leading approach
