As the GTM Enablement Manager of Deel’s Sales Methodology, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our sales methodology to enhance our sales team's effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales methodology tailored to our SaaS offerings and diverse global markets.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for AEs and SDRs, focusing on skill enhancement and competency development in line with the chosen methodologies.
- Establish robust reporting systems to track the effectiveness of the sales methodologies. Analyze sales performance data to identify improvements and report on key metrics.
- Regularly review and update the sales methodologies and training programs based on evolving business needs, market trends, and feedback from the sales team.
- Contribute to the development and upskilling of our Sales teams, including design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs that improve sales competencies.

**Profile**
- 3+ years in an enablement, program management role or in relevant areas such as learning and development
- Deep knowledge of the Sandler and/OR MEDDICC sales methodologies
- Keen understanding of the sales audience - minimum two years experience working in a revenue generating or impacting role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
- Results-driven and entrepreneurial, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines
- Can coach and provide feedback to team members, collaborators, and stakeholders
- Can work independently as a thought leader with a high level of situational awareness, uses own initiative to identify and solve problem
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, can quickly build rapport and trust with others and motivate them
