Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The main purpose of this role is work with key stakeholders to design and deliver training programmes including learning resources, that will enable employees of Te Whatu ora to effectively understand and utilise documented processes and available technology.

**You will do everything from**:

- Training needs analyses
- Training documentation
- Maintain accreditation programme
- Deliver training
- Stakeholder engagement

You will be organised, able to deal with ambiguity, be innovative and have the ability to influence. You will enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders and be able to deliver training to all levels of stakeholders.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
This role requires and/or would benefit from the following
- National certificate in Adult Education and training (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in workplace learning delivery, including classroom faciliation
- Training needs analysis experience
- Experience developing training documentation
- Wide range of design tools and technologies for developing and delivering training
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ideal but not essential is experience with Rise360, or background with Oracle ERP, in supply chain/finance
