InterGroup are New Zealand's Infrastructure and Industrial Services specialists, delivering services in waste management, industrial and coatings and infrastructure. The main responsibility of this role is to function as the connection between the HSEQ team, operations and administration. This is a maternity cover fixed-term role.

Your main responsibilities will be to
- Coordinate project plans in line with recognized project administration principles and standards.
- Facilitate documentation and functions to project schedules or work programs.
- Administer resource management requirements, compliance, certifications as required for each phase in the cycle.
- Facilitate procurement of training courses.
- Ensure purchase orders are aligned with procurement of training courses.
- Ensure training records, reports etc are filed in accordance with contract requirements and Company policy.
- Review, arrange and finalise training information within Vault
- Maintain workers’ training records.
- Prepare training reports and print training cards.

The technical stuff you'll need includes:

- Experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in leading & facilitating the end-to-end completeness and compliance of the training function.
- Experience in administering the training matrix and schedules as well as support to site administration staff.

Skills Required include
- Sound attention to detail
- Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good organizational, administrative and time management skills
