As an Administrator within our Client Services team, you will support one or more departments helping to ensure the smooth operation of that particular work area. You will become a trusted point of contact for a range of students, staff and visitors, so your strong customer service skills will be an advantage.
- Key tasks of this role include:

- Providing a wide range of administrative support including diary management, document drafting, reception, correspondence and document management; organising travel and records management.
- Processing of accounts/finance related tasks.
- Using University systems to update databases, extract data, provide reports, transcripts and other relevant data.

Due to the nature of the Shared Services Division, the range of tasks and responsibilities is broad and may require performing duties at different workplaces or locations across campus.

- Previous experience in a busy administration role.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service to customers.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of programmes.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

**_ About our team/Mō te tīma_**

The Client Services team is part of the Division of Shared Services, a team of highly skilled professional staff responsible for delivering an outstanding student and staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery to all of the University’s internal and external customers.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours), fixed term position until 22 March 2024, located in Christchurch.

We also have Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions available. These roles are part of the Administrator Client Services function but in addition they support the implementation of the Māori Strategic Framework activities, the University’s commitment to the success of Māori students and staff and contribute to a culture of whakawhanaungatanga in our workplaces. These positions are remunerated at Level 5, with the appointment range $61,531 to $65,898.
