**Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity**

We're looking for a Head of Brand Experience (Poumatua Waitohu) to live and breathe the Farmlands brand - Te Whenua Tāroa and beyond.

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you'll be tasked with leading our Brand Experience team and bringing Farmlands - Te Whenua Tāroa's 'THIS IS US' promise to life across all touchpoints of the organisation. You'll also take ownership and responsibility for Farmlands and our associated brands image, experience and promise.

While we've done the groundwork, this is your opportunity to champion and own Brand end to end in an organisation passionate about its team and customers

This role requires strong credibility in marketing, and a high level of business acumen to enable breakthrough thinking to achieve and support organisational goals.

**Mōhou ake | About you**

With presence, energy and strong personal drive, you'll have 10+ years' marketing leadership experience with demonstrated success as a multi-Brand Manager ideally with private label experience. You'll also bring to the table:

- Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to lead and inspire a team of Brand Marketing professionals and motivate change in the digital space
- Experience in Retail Marketing, Own Brand, and Voice of Customer
- Strategic brand management expertise and strong storytelling skills
- A thorough understanding of marketing platforms
- In-depth knowledge of current retail marketing trends and approaches
- Strategic thinking with a collaborative style of leadership that fosters teamwork and sustains a growth environment
- The ability to confidently challenge the status quo, propose new ideas and technologies, and have robust conversations when it comes to the roll-out of brand strategies and creative
