The trusted and highly-skilled team are involved in the coordination, scheduling and overseeing of all aspects of commercial buildings and are looking for the right person to add to their highly-skilled collective.

**Your new role**

As a Contract Team Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the functions of the Contracts Manager, assisting with job preparation, scheduling and time reporting and job management. You will be looking after project plans and site specific plans as well as the coordination of contracts and everything involved throughout.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 1-2yrs background in strong Service / Contracts administration preferable
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety, project procedures and invoicing
- Experience in the construction industry desirable
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- Fantastic communication skills (written and verbal), strong initiative and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and multi-task
