**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role will provide overall contracts administrative support to our Electrical Services team based at the Steel Mill in Glenbrook

**Some key responsibilities include**:

- Contract Reporting
- Managing of LMS
- Support on Health and Safety administrative tasks
- Coordination and documentation of required site training
- Coordination of toolbox meetings
- General office administrative duties

This is a fixed-term, part-time role, 4 hours a day and primarily office/site based. There is potential for this role to be come permanent and even full time as we continue to grow our business and win more contracts

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have administration experience or exposure to a support role. You will need to be focused, flexible, detail-oriented, and understand the importance of keeping up with schedule and deadlines in support of the Electrical team’s overall goals and KPIs

A positive attitude and strong communication skills are key to your success in this role along with the following:

- Computer savvy with preferably advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in SAP, Ariba or similar program are preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to continuously update necessary skills and knowledge as required for a role
- Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills
- Can work effectively in a high-pressure environment & problem solve
