About the role | Mō te tūnga
This role supports the successful delivery of property and other support services at Oranga Tamariki National Office sites. National Office Facilities Coordinators work closely with the team manager and the wider Infrastructure team to maintain the National Office work environments to a high standard.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Receiving, logging and managing facilities management requests.
- Event support.
- Managing moves, adds and changes, and assessing desk utilisation.
- Logistics support including servicing kitchens, mail and courier management, and refurbishing office supplies.
- Health, safety and security responsibilities including furniture and equipment provision.

What you will bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu
- Administrative facility management and property experience is preferrable
- Experience managing multiple working disciplines
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Be flexible and highly adaptable to ever changing priorities
