Job Description:


We have a great opportunity for a
Property & Facilities Coordinator to join our
Corporate Solutions team in Wellington office.


An exciting opportunity has become available for someone looking to
start a career in property and
facilities management, and/or for someone who is looking to gain experience in a corporate business environment.


As a
Property & Facilities Coordinator,
you will be the first point of contact in delivering excellent solutions for our Healthy Homes projects on behalf of our clients.

Working as part of a project team, you will develop your project coordination skills and knowledge working across a nationwide portfolio of properties, assisting in improving the quality of the accommodation for the property occupiers.


The value you'll add

  • Stakeholder management of client, property occupiers and contractors
  • Manage budget and component pricing of Healthy Homes elements
  • Assist to prepare documentation, including client reports, budgets, CAPEX and maintenance approval papers, business cases, and operational reviews
  • Provide a high level of personalised and professional service
  • Liaise with Facilities Managers and contractors
  • Maintain the Facilities Management database

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in real estate practice or property services or relevant experience is desirable
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the basics of property and facilities issues is desirable
