Our Valuations & Advisory Services (VAS) team lead the New Zealand and global markets in providing highly accurate analysis and projections of property values across all sectors.The CBRE Northland team are looking for a part time (4 days a week) administrator with a passion for people and systems to join our team.
- **Te āheinga - The opportunity**:

- Provide full administrative support to a team of residential and commercial property valuers
- Set up, editing, and formatting valuation reports to a high standard and to deadline
- Finance support related duties; processing invoices, expense, and debtor management
- General office and administrative duties as required to ensure the best interest of the wider team and daily operations are met.

**Mo koe - About you**:

- 1 year + administration experience with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proactive approach with excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage workflow, priorities and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to Advanced level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
