**The role**
Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, you’ll be bringing your excellent collaboration skills to the fore as daily communication and liaising with the team will be a big aspect of this role. You will book work into the schedule, liaise with stakeholders and assist with the planning of scheduled work including traffic management plans. You will need to be comfortable and confident to work on a new system, be able to face challenges on-the-go, be a problem solver and self-motivated to work around changes to new process & system.**Along with these, you’ll also**:

- Process related invoices, raise purchase orders ensuring those are up-to-date and accurate
- Provide support and liaise with multiple teams in operations, field and tree services, traffic management, dispatch/control room

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you’ll be comfortable liaising with multiple people and departments, be able to work in a changing environment seeing the bigger picture. This is a busy role and no two days will be the same, thus it goes without saying that you’ll be friendly and resilient. You will feel at ease with a bit of banter from our field staff and take on the challenge exploring a new system. To be successful in this role, you’ll also have:
- Strong organisational, planning skills, detail-focussed with the ability to prioritise work to meet targets and deadlines
- Previous experience working in a similar or client/customer facing role with field crews
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
- System-savvy and ability to learn new software systems
- Some accounting knowledge and being comfortable with number crunching is preferred
