We have a full-time opportunity for a motivated all-rounder to join our friendly and supportive team based in Whangarei.
In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative and despatch support to the business which will include the following key responsibilities:
- Support despatch and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Assist continuous improvement of the business process and policy.
- Liaise with Customer & Operational staff to resolve service delivery issues.
- Ensure all company procedures, administration and finance business rules are followed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet their needs.
- Support management with administrative functions.
- Maintain customer service standards and identify innovative service solutions.
- Other ad hoc job as required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
To be successful in this role, you need to have strong MS Office Suite skills (especially Excel) and very good attention to detail. We are looking for a positive, hardworking team player who is a clear communicator and a quick learner.
