**About the role**

We are currently looking for Kaiwhakarite - Administrator with a focus on Ako - Programme Delivery, to join our team at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that the takiwā Ako team is supported with any administrative tasks related to programme delivery.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Kaiarataki Ako and Kaiwhakahaere Ako in collating Ako Deliverable documentation
- Recording the progress of Ako deliverable progress and disseminating that information to the relevant Kaimahi
- Documenting and recording the various hui
- Organising and preparing alongside the Kaiwhakahaere Ako team for various forums

- Be able to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment and participate in cultural activities
- Have great people skills
- Be able to demonstrate experience in providing administrative and support services
- Be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Have great written and oral communication skills
- Have a supportive and collaborative communication style and able to convey messages to suit the audience
