**Our client**
A large organisation that provides a variety of services to the community. Based on the north side of Hamilton they offer their staff flexibility to work from home a number of days per week.

**The position**
Supporting a highly skilled General Manager, you will provide comprehensive, confidential and forward-thinking assistance to ensure the team performs to a high level at all times. Prioritising workflows, and implementing new initiatives to streamline functions, remove waste and avoid duplication will be a key part of this position.

**About you**
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills combined with at least 3 years PA or EA experience. Past exposure to managing key relationships and the ability to prioritise complex and high-volume work is preferred, as is some exposure to team leadership or supervision.
