**_About the role:_**
As the Contract Manager you are responsible for end-to-end delivery of services, planning and management of resources, relating to customers within a specified warehouse location. You are to ensure all resources, activities, warehouse layout and materials handling activities are in line with Fliway practice methodology, and allocated resources are utilised and coordinated to ensure the agreed customer service standards and safety requirements are met and maintained.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager of Logistics, the Contract Manager requires a broad range of skills. The ability to Manage contracts totaling more than $7M and a team of up to 30 staff. The ability to win customer confidence, effectively influence people (internal and external), provide strong leadership to the Client-facing teams, as well as display excellent analytical and problem-solving ability will be key to delivering supply chain success for both us and our clients.

**_What you will bring to the role:_**
- Experienced in Logistics, Transport & Contract Management ideally in a 3PL party logistics environment.
- Previous experience in dealing with external and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
- Ensuring all customer/client requests are being properly received, recorded and processed.
- Computer Literate in Microsoft office systems
