Position: Contracts ManagerThey are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. This role is integral to the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out, shopfitting/cabinetry construction, gained in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:· Manage and oversee all contractual aspects of fit-out projects from inception to completion.· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.· Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and industry regulations.· Prepare and review contracts, subcontracts, and other agreements.· Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with contract requirements.· Identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve any contractual disputes.· Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and contractual issues.· Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Qualifications and Experience:· Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, within the refurbishment and fit-out sectors.· Strong understanding of construction contracts.· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.· Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills.· Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
