Tasks

Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions with stakeholders, ensuring they align with project requirements and comply with legal regulations;
Prepare, manage, and storage project contracts, including subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, and other related documents;
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and resolve any contractual issues that arise;
Monitor contract performance and manage variations, claims, and disputes, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner;
Conduct regular contract reviews and report to potential risks to the Manager, following to contract terms;
Be responsible for exact and keep records and documentation related to contracts, including contract files, correspondence, and other relevant information;
Collect and analyse information/data/progress of existing projects and report to the management team on any outcomes or findings;
may be in responsible for office accommodation;

**Requirements**:
Must have at least a bachelor's degree or above in business administration

Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a managerial role
