About the role
We are looking for a Front Of House / Office Manager who will be responsible for creating a positive experience for our clients while effectively managing the day to day operations of our office within a vibrant, exciting and fast paced environment.
- You'll be looking after all clients and agency partners who walk through our doors, ensuring they feel welcome. From supporting them with carparking or making them coffee on arrival, they'll immediately feel like part of the PHD family.
- You'll be responsible for the smooth operation, efficient function and ultimate care of our (very cool) office spaces.
- You will lead or support with event management for the agency including our monthly and quarterly events as well as the Christmas Party and client lunches.
- Manage the office supplies, tracking expenditure budgets, support with office fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Manage travel bookings and arrangements for our team.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a previous Reception/Front of House or senior hospitality position
- The drive to create and maintain an amazing agency experience for our clients and guests, and to contribute to agency culture as a whole
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines at once.
- Proven ability to multi-task, problem solve, find solutions and act proactively.
- Positive energy with the ability to remain calm and collected in the busy moments
- Previous experience in an agency environment preferable
- Confident with Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Experience with CRM tool desirable
