Are you an experienced Front Line Administrator looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you Our client is seeking a skilled Reception Administrator Temp to join their busy front line team in Lower Hutt.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Front line reception duties; Data Management; Clerical Administration Support
- Book appointments as required
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Filing
- Distribute mail on arrival

**Key skills and experience required**:

- Competent use of Word/Outlook
- Proficient touch typing/editing skills
- Proven efficient and thorough admin skills
- Previous customer service skills
- Ability to relate well to a wide range of people
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Excellent telephone skills
- Keeps up to date with available information technology relevant to position
- Self-motivated and uses initiative
