We are looking to hire a Receptionist to join our hotel - City Suites in Tauranga who will be responsible for the below mentioned duties:

- Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanour
- Respond to all guest questions and requests
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Manage guest bookings and reservations
- Keep a tidy and orderly workspace
- Transfer calls made to the reception to the required department incase needed.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed

You will be required to work for a **minimum of 30 hours per week.**

**Other Requirements**:

- Time-management skills
- Available to work on weekends
- Good personality and polite
- Team-worker

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
