**About the role**

This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week between 6:00am and 6:00pm at 306 Cameron Road. You will work in the Bay of Plenty region only.

The minimum remuneration for this role is $70,714 and the maximum remuneration for this role is $87,352.00

**What you’ll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role you’ll bring:

- 3 years or more experience working within a customer-focused and administrative position specifically in a building related field AND

A recognized (regulation 18) building qualification or be working towards this
- At least 6 months experience working in Local Government setting or similar establishment due to processes and regulation involved.
