**What is the role?**

Are you excited about all things marketing to help develop and sustain our ever-growing pipeline? Are you motivated to contribute to improving environmental and infrastructure outcomes? As a marketing & digital communications specialist at Morphum, you will be able to take charge of our digital marketing strategy, employer brand strategy and marketing plan. You will be supporting engagement, strategic growth and ensuring our storytelling supports Morphum’s organisational strategy and values.

This role will be joining our close-knit and diverse Business Performance Team in our Auckland head office. You will be amongst like-minded, passionate people comprising administration, accounts and people & culture superstars. You will have direct contact with our two Directors to shape our Marketing journey. Our Auckland office is overflowing with gorgeous greenery and sunlight; you will be able to bounce off a diverse range of passionate people within the environmental engineering, science, GIS and sustainability fields.

**In this role, you will**:

- Work with our internal and external clients to communicate our employer and marketing brand.
- Develop and deliver Morphum’s digital communications strategy, social media strategy, employer brand strategy and overall marketing plan.
- Lead the development and execution of Morphum’s annual marketing and business development action plans and projects.
- Produce high quality relevant and consistent digital content that supports our overall marketing strategy.
- Identify and manage events, sponsorship activities and client engagements.
- Utilise Square Space or work with web development suppliers for website updates and improvements, including stakeholder engagement.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and track performance using Google Analytics.
- Facilitate the design and creation of marketing and sales collateral
- Liaise with consultants to research project stories and use storytelling to share them in resonant ways.
- Assist the Changemakers team to develop, implement and subsequently manage CRM software.

**About you**

You will have exceptional storytelling and communication skills, empowering you to proficiently communicate the brand's objectives and activities to both external audiences and Morphum's team. Through the clear articulation of the Morphum's identity, values, and services, you will offer indispensable guidance to our leaders in identifying and engaging the ideal clients. Additionally, you will serve as a guiding force for other employees, shaping their conduct and fostering a forward-thinking mindset for future projects. You will have a passion for problem-solving, thrive on a challenge and have a commitment to sustainable and environmental outcomes.
- Tertiary education in Marketing, Communications, business or a relevant field.
- Strong environmental values
- Demonstrated experience in brand strategy and operations
- Proven experience and ability with graphic design and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Technical expertise in using a wide range of media platforms like SquareSpace, Google Adwords, Facebook & LinkedIn Ads Manager, etc.
- Creative thinker with a knack for ideas
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willing to engage in a culture of teaching and learning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
