**Job Description**:
Sitting within the Marketing, Digital & eComm Chapter Area (and reporting into a Digital Specialist Chapter Lead) you will be allocated to a squad, where you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team drawing on your expertise to ultimately improve performance across our digital ecosystem.

As a digital marketing strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to elevate our brand and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities will see you:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the digital marketing landscape
- Analyse market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and industry trends
- Implement SEO and SEM tactics to increase website traffic and optimize lead conversion rates
- Manage and optimize social media accounts to foster brand loyalty and engagement
- Own in-depth knowledge on how programmatic eco-system working, having on hand experience with major DSP.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually improve campaign performance
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

**Qualifications**:
Your ability to make things happen, influence at all levels and your desire to push boundaries through test & learn/experimentation will sum up success in the role. This role will see you work with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels, so your strong communication and relationship skills will put you in good stead.

- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams
- A passion for staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape
- Experience of tag & SDK implementation, produce feed generating and management, API knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and Meta will be a bonus
