**About the role**

As Halter has grown from a small team to over 130 people (and is still growing), it’s time to take marketing to the next level. With our product now ready for sale at scale, and our sales team resourced accordingly, we need to step up our lead generation and nurture programmes. Digital marketing plays a critical role in our marketing strategy, and we believe there is significant potential to do more. We’re looking for a world-class digital marketer who can help us realise that potential to the fullest.

At Halter, we’re extremely data-driven, and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can demonstrate experience with, and a passion for, data-driven marketing. We believe that successful marketing campaigns are 20% creative ideas and 80% execution and optimising. We are looking for a Digital Marketer who won’t stop once a campaign is in the market and move on to the next. We need someone who knows that campaign launch is only the start and who will spend just as much time (if not more) optimising live campaigns as they do developing new ones.

Furthermore, we have a goal of digitising more elements of our sales process. As such, a high-performing website is key to our success. We would expect the Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our website and develop a methodical programme of tests and changes to ensure our website delivers the best possible results and then work with our Marketing Design Lead to execute those plans.

This will be a fast-paced and demanding role, with exceptional high rewards for the right person. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of a digital marketing programme and put your mark on it. You will be working within a highly motivated, agile marketing team of six (with plans to hire more). As the company grows, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility, specialise in certain areas or progress your career in numerous other ways.

**What your day could look like**:

- ** Digital Marketing Strategy - **Develop our digital marketing strategy based on the overall direction and KPIs set by the Head of Marketing. Turn the overall strategy into specific digital campaigns designed to achieve key goals.
- ** Campaign Management -** Manage the agency that is currently running our digital campaigns. Over time, potentially take ownership of managing campaigns inhouse
- ** Campaign Optimisations & Reporting - **Continuously optimise campaigns to achieve better results. Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- ** Website Management & Optimisation - T**ake ownership of making the Halter website a high-performing lead generation and nurture machine.

**What we are looking for**:

- 4+ years of marketing experience.
- 2+ years in a digital marketing-focused role, ideally for a similar high-growth business.
- In-depth understanding of and experience with digital marketing channels, in particular Google Adwords and Facebook.
- Proven track record of optimising websites for lead generation/conversions.
- Proven track record of scaling lead generation via digital marketing channels.
- Data-driven approach to marketing with demonstrable experience gathering, analysing and leveraging data to optimise digital campaigns.
- Experience preparing and presenting campaign performance reports.
- Strong written and verbal commun
