We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can help us move our clients' brands forward. You will be responsible for developing the digital performance and optimisation roadmap for our clients. You’ll support the media and web development teams by developing strategies and recommendations to improve technical SEO, content, crm and user experience. The core responsibility of the role is to improve the performance of our customers’ campaigns and websites.

This is a key role in the heart of our website and media teams. The role will suit a strategic digital marketer that has a proactive growth marketing mindset and is excited about helping grow and develop New Zealand challenger brands. You'll be working in a proactive, creative environment where you have the opportunity to see your strategies and ideas come to life.

**Requirements**:

- Can manage and drive SEO projects based on current industry best practice, research and client data.
- Content - From SEO keyword research, produce content recommendations - new pages, blog, article ideas.
- CRM - Sound understanding of marketing automation and how it can be utilised to drive business growth.
- UX - A sound understanding of UX best practice in order to make CRO recommendations for clients (Conversion Rate Optimisation).
- Analytics - Strength with analytics packages such as GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console and Hotjar. Google Analytics Qualification ideal.
- Comfortable analysing ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals.
- Work with development team to manage website upgrades to drive improvements.
- Comfortable managing clients, sound project management and communication skills.
