**The Role**:

- Managing, Coordinating and Scheduling work for technicians across the New Zealand team
- Provide customers with exceptional 1st class customer service and support to address needs and resolve their needs
- All work must be scheduled efficiently in a timely manner for technicians with customer needs and priorities taken into consideration
- Accurate record-keeping of all scheduled work is essential
- Follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure work is completed
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders (including technicians) to ensure work is completed to the satisfaction of all parties
- Manage and coordinate any changes or updates to schedules as required with the aim to minimise impact on customers or project timelines
- Assist with the coordination of equipment and materials required for the work to be completed
- Monitor job costs and expenses to ensure work is completed in line with budget constraints
- Provide the sales team with accurate and competitive quotes/ pricing that is profitable
- Communicate updated statuses, challenges and delays that may impact projects to management
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and implement procedures to improve efficiencies and customer satisfaction
- Process orders, warranty claims, promotions, tickets and engage with customers on social platforms
- Complete training and assist in training and developing team members as required

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience working within a service coordinator/ customer service position scheduling work for air-conditioning technicians would be highly desirable
- OR Previous experience working within a service coordinator/ customer service position scheduling work for other types of technicians or field staff
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and high attention to detail skills
- Experience working productively within a team environment and supporting sales
- Strong computer, time management and prioritising skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong skills in identifying and solving problems
