We are looking for a customer service expert to join our busy, and dedicated team. You will handle a wide range of enquiries via phone, digital channels, and face-to-face. To be successful in the role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be confident in navigating multiple systems and utilising resources to exceed customer expectations.
We have a supportive team environment that focuses on our staff being able to feel confident in their role and being given the opportunity to grow and learn.
**To be considered for this role you will have**:
The ability to deal with the public in a confident, calm, and friendly manner representing the Council professionally;
A courteous, collaborative approach, and the ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, business partners, members of staff, contractors and elected members;
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to listen, enquire and ascertain customer needs and expectations;
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
