We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Truck Driver to join our growing team. This is a full-time permanent role from Monday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a Class 2 truck to transport goods to customer locations
- Deliver goods on time and in excellent condition
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and professional delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups
- May need to help load the truck.
- Report any issues or delays to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to transportation and delivery
- Inspect and maintain the truck regularly to ensure it is in good working condition
- Maintain a clean and organized truck interior and exterior
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- A valid Class 2 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience is a bonus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills and ability to meet delivery schedules
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety guidelines

**THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver goods according to customer orders.
- Plan the most efficient delivery route for the assigned deliveries.
- Unload goods at destination in the appropriate place in a timely manner
- Assist with pick pack and loading of truck
- Gather any signatures, cash on delivery or credit returns required.
- Fill vehicles with fuel and report on any maintenance requirement
- Perform daily checks - oils, coolant, WOF etc.
- Wash and clean trucks or other vehicles when required.
- Assist in loading the trucks
- Help team in picking/dispatching at the need.
