Key day to day tasks includes:

- Input proposals daily
- Identifying omitted information necessary to finalise contracts
- Receipting and documenting returned and/or additional information
- Communicating final decisions to adviser
- Issuing new contracts or increases to existing cover
- Providing exceptional service over the phone to advisers and clients
- Providing quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring all communication with advisers is accurate and a true reflection of current underwriting status

**About You**:
You are genuinely passionate about delivering extraordinary customer service and strive to make every customer interaction memorable.

You drive to exceed customer expectations with high levels of resilience and patience to cope with the unexpected. You will have excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills and are technologically savvy and can pick up new systems quickly. In addition, you’ll bring:

- The ability to prioritise workload
- 5+ years Customer service experience and Risk insurance experience is desirable
- Solid understanding of the insurance industry is desirabl
